Maths Challenge Success
BackCongratulations to our Year 12 and Year 13 maths students, 47 of whom competed in last month's UK Mathematics Trust Senior Maths Challenge. This is a national competition involving students from across the country and beyond.
Our students did themselves proud. Thirteen of the students secured a prestigious bronze certificate and a further six achieved a silver certificate. Particular congratulations go to Alexander in Year 13, who won a gold certificate and qualified for the follow-on UKMT Senior Maths Kangaroo which will take place this month.
The Junior and Intermediate Maths Challenges will take place later in the academic year, ensuring students in all year groups get the opportunity to compete.
