Bank of America Trip
BackBusiness and Economics students from Years 12 and 13 attended an Investment Banking Insight Day at Bank of America.
Students had the opportunity to step into the shoes of real investment bankers, responding to live news updates and current affairs to make trading decisions. Competing against several other schools, Warren students secured first place in the challenge.
The day also included a networking session where students engaged with recent graduates currently working at Bank of America. They were able to learn more about the graduates’ pathways into the industry and gain valuable career advice.
Joel, a Year 13 student, described the trip as “an amazing opportunity” that gave him “a clearer understanding of what a career in investment banking looks like and how to get there.”
Khezar, from Year 12, said he now has a stronger appreciation for “the importance of networking” and learned that it is something he can begin developing immediately, following the insights shared during the Q&A session with graduates.
